Having been through this process only once before, I don't think you can consider us experts or at all experienced in the purchase of real estate.  That said, I was completely pleased with the entire process.  You were responsive to every question or concern we had at every point from initial contact to the final closing .  There were no surprises along the way.  We saw each house that we were interested in seeing and saw them as many times as we needed to see them.  You remained aware at all times of the reasons  we were looking and steered us into those areas.  I felt like our best interests were being protected throughout the entire process.
